How do I order using Singing Bowl Shop?

You may order by telephone and fax using this number or online.


How does my online order work?

Find products and put into shopping cart

Choose your required catagory and find your item or use the site search. Description of the items and further options are shown in the detailed view. Click button Buy Now to put your choice into the shopping cart.

Confirm shopping cart and click to submit your order

Click on the shopping cart icon and a list of the items is displayed, you may check your items, change amount or delete items from the shopping cart. New customers must register now to proceed, returning customers log in using email address and password.

Delivery address and Payment options

You may enter a different delivery address during the order process. Then choose an appropriate payment option for you. Your choices are cash, EU bank-transfer, instant online payment (Sofortüberweisung), Paypal incl. creditcard, COD (in Austria), and by invoice (for returning customers).

Submit your order

Please check your inputs and then click the button 'submit order'. An order confirmation will be sent to you instantly.

May I order per fax too?

You are welcome to order per fax. Send us the amount and properties of the desired items, we will confirm and process your order asap. Provide us your address and phone/fax number and send your fax to +43(0)1 60 20 163.

Which payment options do I have?

We offer the following options for your payment: cash, EU bank-transfer, COD (in Austria), instant online payment (Sofortüberweisung), Paypal incl. creditcards, and by invoice (for returning customers).

What is Sofortüberweisung?

Sofortüberweisung is an online payment service connecting to your bank account and offering the possibility to pay via e-banking. Your bank account has to have e-banking enabled to use this service.

What is Paypal?

Paypal is an online payment service, secure and easy to use. You will have to register for a personal account on their website paypal.com if you want to use this service.

May I change or cancel my order?

After your click on 'submit order' you cannot change or cancel your order. Send us an email to: info@klangschalen.at or call our hotline and tell us your desired changes.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, CET 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.: +43(0)1 60 20 163.

How much is the minimum value I have to order?

There is no minimum value, you are charged for the actual delivery costs in Austria and worldwide up to the carrier of your choice also when you order just a small amount.

How do I check my order?

Log in and click on your customer account. There you can find all your orders and update your contact information.

Why does my order confirmation not arrive?

Some possible reasons in this case are:

Your order was not submitted to us, we recieved no data. There may be a typo in your email address or your mailbox is over quota. Please make sure you check your spamfilter and whitelist *@klangschlenshop.at and *@klangschalen.at. Please call us in case you do not find your confirmation: Monday to Friday, CET 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.: +43(0)1 60 20 163.

How can I give back items?

You may send all items (except unsealed CDs and DVDs) back to us within 30 days on your expense. Please call us or send an email to info@klangschalen.at before you send us a parcel. We will accept parcels on our expense ONLY in case we delivered the wrong items to you.


I am not satisfied, where can I complain?

We always try to run our business to the satisfaction of all our customers.

In case of disagreement, we commit ourselves to cooperate in finding a fast and unbureaucratic solution. We accept the 'Internet Ombudsmann' and the Association Austrian E-Commerce Trust Mark as extrajudicial arbitration boards.
