Chinese temple gongs (Tam Gongs) are raised of a thick, heavy disc of alloy, are flat, black and edged,
carefully crafted in excellent quality.

Usually hooked into a gong post they are most effective for sound bath, sound therapies, meditatons and creating sound space.
