XL and XXL singing bowls with a weight of 5 - 60 kg are Peter Hess singing bowls in oversizes, which are often used for sound baths. You get in and get enveloped by the sound. The sound rises from the bottom up through the whole body, raises the spine, promotes blood circulation, energizes and creates reordering and resonance in all cells.
