We will generally send your order by up to date Austrian Post AG rates (Sep. 2023) including an addiditional € 3,- handling and packing fee, which is added automatically at checkout. 800 gs packing weight (tara) will be added to the net. weight of your purchased item(s).

Prices in Euro incl. truck toll (€ 0,22 up to incl. 10 kg and € 0,26 over 10 kg) and over 10 kg incl. 20% VAT to the nearest 5 ct, rounded up or down. Up to and including 10 kg, the service is part of the universal service and therefore VAT-free.

Orders that are heavier than the maximum transport weight of the post office are automatically divided into several packages (e.g. 40 kg -> 2 packages of 20 kg each).
The handling and packaging fee is charged only once per order.

Order per C.O.D. is possible within Austria only.

Using this payment option means, the actual C.O.D. fee by the Austrian Post AG of € 5,00 will be billed in addition to the handling and packing fee of € 3,00 mentioned above.

BULK GOODS

For large packages, an additional bulky goods surcharge of € 33.00 including VAT will be charged by the post office, which the singing bowl store adds once per order. For eligible items, this circumstance is already specifically mentioned in the item description (e.g. large gongs or gong stands).

Depending on the type of goods ordered and your delivery address, we can also commission other professional delivery companies (parcel service or freight forwarding) with the delivery.

We will do this only in agreement with you.

Confirmation of posting, tracking, delivery with signature (or electronic confirmation) and
Liability up to € 510,-.
